Resistance chutes build fast-twitch muscles. Fast-twitch muscle fibers are advantageous for short bursts of strength or speed. Fast-twitch muscles also provide explosive speed and fast directional change in rugby.
Like flying a kite, this Resistance Chute reacts and opens as running begins!
It adds approximately 15 lbs of challenging, speed-driven resistance.
The chute itself is 36” in diameter and features an easily-adjustable harness that gives its users a comfortable, secure fit.
It is only available in red and includes a red/black, mesh carry bag for easy transportation and storage.
