Established 2012, Rugby Pennsylvania is not-for-profit corporation officially recognized as the State Rugby Organization for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Organization’s objective is to promote and develop a framework for boys and girl’s youth and high school rugby competition in Pennsylvania.
