Jacksonville Women Rugby

The Jacksonville Women’s Rugby Football Club (‘The Sinners’) from Jacksonville, Florida, was established in 2006 by Melissa "Mama Mel" Newkirk. The club competes against women's and collegiate rugby clubs from all over the Southeastern USA. As well as being a competitive team, the Sinners are also committed to giving back to the community partnering with organizations such as  ‘Girls on the Run’, a program that strives to encourage the development of self-respect and healthy lifestyles in pre-teen girls.
