Established in 1978, the Huntsville Rugby Football Club was formed by Jerry Willis, a retired Veteran and local youth sports director. The HRFC's home pitch is in the City of Huntsville, Alabama, and is home to both a Men’s and a Women’s competitive team  and is a member of the True South Rugby Union (TSRU) boasting a roster of over 40 active members.
