Clayton Bootleggers Rugby Football Club Rugby

Formed in 2013, The Clayton Rugby Football Club is an amateur rugby union club located in Johnston County, North Carolina, they participate in the Carolinas Geographic Rugby Union. Clayton RFC fields a Division III side (‘Bootleggers 1st 15s’), a Division IV side (‘Bootleggers 2nd 15s’), an Old Boys team, and an in-house youth flag rugby season for boys and girls in Pre-K thru 8th grade. The CRFC is also highly active on the rugby 7’s circuit playing both competitive and social matches, and hosting the CottonTown 7s Rugby Festival, one of the fastest growing annual 7s events in the Carolinas.
